This unlacquered brass ball end espagnolette is designed for use with espagnolette window locking systems, providing a decorative handle to operate multi-point window mechanisms. Manufactured from solid brass, the unlacquered finish will naturally develop a patina as it reacts to handling and air exposure. Returns

Fill in the online returns form ensuring your order number is also included in or on the parcel, alternatively please include a completed returns slip with the items you are returning .

Important: please ensure products are carefully packaged in their original packaging and re-boxed to prevent any damage in transit. We can only issue refunds for items that are returned in undamaged condition and suitable for resale.

Replacement Policy
