International delivery prices shown at checkout.

Report any delivery issues within 5 days.
 
*UK Mainland excludes Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland & Scilly Isles.

Returns

Fill in the online returns form ensuring your order number is also included in or on the parcel, alternatively please include a completed returns slip with the items you are returning.

Important: please ensure products are carefully packaged in their original packaging and re-boxed to prevent any damage in transit. We can only issue refunds for items that are returned in undamaged condition and suitable for resale.

Returns are accepted within 60 days (after this, a 20% restocking fee may apply). 

For orders that are faulty/damaged upon arrival, please send a photo to: info@suffolklatchcompany.co.uk.  We are unable to offer free returns unless the product is faulty.

International Returns

All International returns must be processed through our Global-E returns portal.

Exchanges

Return items as above and place a new order.

Replacement Policy

We will replace any product that breaks or fails within 12 months. Email a photo and proof of purchase.
