The Low Profile Oval Bathroom Turn & Release is a straightforward thumbturn lock designed for bathroom, toilet, and bedroom doors. It features an oval-shaped turn with a slim, low-profile rose plate, sitting neatly against the door for a more understated look.

Visible fixings give a more traditional appearance and allow for quick and simple installation, making it a practical option for both new doors and replacements.

Turn & Release thumbturns are used to operate a deadbolt and are typically fitted below a door handle or door knob. A quarter turn (90 degrees) locks and unlocks the door with ease.

The external side includes a coin release slot, allowing the door to be opened in an emergency. This makes it a reliable choice for everyday use, particularly in family homes where safety is a consideration.

The Round Bathroom Turn & Release is made from solid brass, available in aged brass, matt bronze, polished chrome, satin brass and satin nickel lacquer finishes. Something for every home.

Maintenance Tip: Regularly remove dirt and water marks with a soft cloth. Do not use metal cleaners or aerosol sprays as these will damage the lacquer.
