Returns

- Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase.
- Please fill in and include a printed copy of the returns slip which can be downloaded here.
- You will be refunded as soon as we have processed your returned items.
- We are not able to offer free returns unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item.
- Important: please ensure products are carefully packaged and re-boxed to prevent any damage in transit.
- We can only process refunds for undamaged, resellable items.
- For orders that are faulty/damaged upon arrival, please send a photo to: info@suffolklatchcompany.co.uk
Exchanges
- For any items you would like to exchange please return as per the above instructions.
- You will be refunded for any returned items once received.

Replacement Policy
